Terms of storage
1. WCVH disclaims any liability for animal illness, disease, injury or death arising indirectly or directly from the storage, delivery or use of frozen semen and makes no guarantee, whether express or implied, as to fertility success from the use of frozen semen.
2. Any loss or damage to stored frozen semen from any cause, during its delivery, shipment or storage is the responsibility of the owner, and the owner shall indemnify and continue to indemnify WCVH from any claim, demand, damage, cost, expense, loss or liability including any legal costs on a full indemnity basis arising out of the delivery, shipping, storage and use of the frozen semen from WCVH.
3. All storage fees are to be paid in advance (upon enrolment of semen) or within 7 days from the date of future invoices (ongoing fees and other fees).
4. If payment is not received within one month from the invoice date, or if the owner/agent becomes uncontactable the semen will be considered abandoned. WCVH will become the owner of the semen and reserves the right to dispose of the semen as WCVH sees fit, in its absolute discretion.
5. Owners / agents agree to notify WCVH of any changes in their contact details.
6. Owners / agents agree to proactively notify WCVH if they have not been issued with invoices or other correspondence regarding ongoing storage.
7. The owner agrees to pay all debt recovery fees and charges including all legal fees, costs and disbursements on a full indemnity basis.
Payment arrangements Storage fees will be deducted upon enrollment and quarterly thereafter.
